Our team have identified the issue with a 3rd party component we use and implemented a temporary solution. We will monitor that over the weekend to confirm it has resolved the issue

We're still monitoring this issue and waiting on a full report from our technical team but it appears to be not affecting any users currently. If you are affected, switching browsers works for some people, refreshing the browser with a Ctrl-F5 helps most of the time.

We've had a small number of users reporting an error when running reports this morning.

A Ctrl-F5 refresh seems to work sometimes to resolve it but not always.

Our technical team are investigating and we will update this page when we know more.
