All performance metrics have remained stable since the earlier fix, and no further issues have been observed. We’re marking this incident as resolved and will continue to monitor the platform as we complete our investigation into the original cause.
We have identified a process on one of our application servers that was consuming unusually high CPU, this was causing performance issues for some customers. The problematic process has been removed and performance has now returned to normal.
We will continue monitoring to ensure performance stability.
We are currently experiencing some performance issues with users unable to log in or updates taking more time than usual within the app. Our team are investigating this and hope to have a resolution shortly. This isn't affecting every user so signing out, refreshing and signing back in may resolve the issue for you. We will provide more information once we have it.
