All services have returned to normal operation.
We've now seen the Microsoft Azure services return to normal operation, with Calxa Online and the Help Centre online again. We'll continue to monitor and look for confirmation from Microsoft on the outage details.
The Calxa Online application and help centre are currently offline. Our initial investigation suggest there is an underlying issue with the Microsoft Azure infrastructure, which we host our services on. Their status page is also offline along with many other Microsoft Office365 software services. We'll update this status page incident as we learn more.
