Xero have applied a fix and our connection to Xero has been restored. You may now attempt to sync your Xero organisations.
The Xero API Status page now indicates they've identified errors and they're applying a fix.
At this stage we believe the issue is on Xero's side and we've reported our findings to Xero for further investigation.
