We understand that all the Microsoft issues have now been resolved and you shouldn't have problems accessing Calxa.
We are aware of issues with Microsoft's services that are affecting access to the Calxa app. This currently seems to be mostly affecting our European customers but there have been issues reported in Australia too. Waiting a couple of minutes and trying again helps but we can't be certain of how successful that will be.
