This incident is now resolved. Monitoring for more than 24 hours has confirmed the fix with no errors recorded.
Microsoft are continuing to investigate, and we will provide a post-mortem report once a full analysis is complete.
We have now identified a potential root cause for the intermittent authentication issues. We're now deploying a fix, and we'll continue to monitor throughout the day before providing a post-mortem.
Intermittent log in issues continue to be experienced by some users. We have escalated the case with Microsoft and are awaiting feedback on resolving this issue.
In the meantime, the workaround is to try an alternate internet browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari (for Mac users). Over the weekend, we have done extensive testing and confirmed that 2 out of 3 sign-in attempts on different browsers will succeed.
We acknowledge this is not ideal, but it will assist with access to your reports.
Solving this case continues to be the highest priority for our team.
We continue to work closely with Microsoft on troubleshooting this issue. At this stage we still don't know the root cause and therefore we cannot provide an ETA on resolution.
As mentioned in previous updates, if you have urgent requirements to access Calxa, we do highly recommend trying an alternate internet browser, such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. This workaround does work in most cases, but the problem may be transient and appear on a different browser for you the next time you attempt a sign in.
Unfortunately, we're still investigating to find the root cause. If you have urgent requirements to access Calxa we do recommend trying to sign in with different internet browser as this approach is working for many users.
We've identified that the error is occurring in the Micrsoft Service that we use for authentication. We're now working with Microsoft Support to help troubleshoot the root cause.
Many users who previously reported sign in errors, are now able to sign in. We are however still seeing some failures, so it does appear to be an intermittent issue. Therefore, you may have some success but trying again after a period of time or using an alternate browser.
We're still investigating, and we'll keep you posted when we know the cause and provide a fix.
We're still investigating the cause at this stage and unfortunately do not have an updated ETA on resolution.
