We have switched some of our services to a different Microsoft server location and that appears to have resolved the performance issues we identified last night (AU time)
Microsoft report that " The Azure service recovery process has commenced and is expected to progressively return over a number of hours." We are seeing some improvement compared to a couple of hours ago but not much. We will update when we know more
Microsoft have reported issues with the servers where our data is stored and that's causing severe performance problems in Calxa. Some users can't run reports and some are having trouble with any functionality. We are waiting on updates from Microsoft on when this will be resolved.
